100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale lemon in color. Reserved French classic style. Gooseberry, citrus, mixed with elderflower, passionfruit, zest, and wet stone. Continuing to the palate, flavors of lemon-lime juice, peach, and melons. This is a dry wine with high acid, medium body and medium flavor intensity with a tart-lemon-candy finish that shows through a medium-plus finish.
